Laughter yoga is one of the best therapy for a person’s well being. I never believed it but then when I experienced it personally I actually felt the change. Mr. Ishvinder Singh conducted the session and I must say it was extremely rejuvenating. He is full of life and laughter came naturally during his sessions. The way he involved everyone during his session was commendable. He is very motivating and has a positive approach which reflects in his personality.
