Laughter Yoga a movement for the World Peace
The vision and mission of laughter Yoga movement is to bring good health, happiness and world peace through Laughter. People who are happy and health they contribute to world peace.
Today, we need to laugh more than ever before. We are surrounded with a sea of negativity – violence, terrorism, natural disasters, global warming, bad economy and other stressors. It has become almost a challenge to be happy and healthy.
How can we bring world Peace through Laughter ?
How can we bring peace through laughter? The logic is very simple. The war in the external world is a reflection of the inner war going on in the minds of people all over the world. Unconditional laughter has the power to change the inner chemistry and make us feel good inside. When you feel good inside the way we see the outer world changes. Inner change is the key to see the change in the outer world.
This is where Laughter Yoga is an ideal solution. It is the easiest, safest and the most cost effective solution for physical, mental, social and spiritual well being. It contributes powerfully to maintain health and happiness of the individuals.
Laughter is a universal language we all speak without any language barrier has the potential to unite humanity. Social Laughter Yoga Clubs are a powerful tool to connect people from different cultures and countries and provide social network of people who care for each other. Through the Laughter Club Movement, we are creating a community of like-minded people who believe in unconditional love, laughter and joy. If people from around the world come together to have a common shared vision of love, compassion, appreciation and forgiveness, it is possible to create an international community.
